Every order ships from our fulfillment center in Austin, Texas. Here is what to expect, from checkout to your door.

7–14 business days, tracked

Same-day dispatch: order before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day and your package ships the same day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking your order

Every order includes tracking. Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and you can always find it under My Account → Orders. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

International orders

We ship worldwide via tracked international mail. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
