How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?

Which products are best for beginners?
For skincare, start with the Hydrating Vitamin C Serum in the morning. It is gentle, hydrating, and gives visible results. If you want to try retinol, our Gentle Retinol Night Cream is specifically formulated for first-time retinol users. For fitness, the Resistance Band Set includes a light band perfect for getting started.
Can I use the Vitamin C Serum and Retinol Night Cream together?
Yes, and they pair beautifully. Use the Vitamin C Serum in the morning (followed by SPF) and the Retinol Night Cream in the evening. Avoid layering them at the same time of day.
Is the protein powder vegan?
Yes. The Organic Protein Powder is 100% plant-based (pea, pumpkin seed, and brown rice protein), USDA Organic, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. Note that the Collagen Beauty Gummies are not vegan, as collagen is sourced from bovine.
How do I choose the right resistance band?
The set includes all three levels, so you do not have to choose! Use light (green) for warm-ups and mobility, medium (terracotta) for everyday training, and heavy (charcoal) for glute and strength work. One size fits most.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide for a flat $19.95 with tracking. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. Customs fees, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
