Day return window
Every item can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Print your prepaid label
We email a prepaid return label within one business day. No cost to you.

Drop it off
Any carrier location works. Your refund is issued within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving it.

Returnable even if opened and gently used. We stand behind how they work for your skin.
Supplements
Unopened with the safety seal intact, per food safety regulations.
Fitness gear
In resellable condition. Try it out, just keep it clean.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? We are happy to exchange. Just mention it when you start your return and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
